For my third year project I have been looking at the website couch surfers, an online community that allows you to meet up with locals when you are travelling at stay at their house. The more I have been meeting up with couch surfers and learning about it I've began to realise what an open, friendly community it is. Here are some of my first photos from a shoot with Rich, a couch surfer living in Falmouth, Cornwall.

Old picture
Multimedia Joy
This is a multimedia piece I did for a module in my second year. It is about a lady called Joy, who is 93 and still lives alone, drives, cooks and has a generally amazing life for a woman of her age! I think the link on here is in quite bad quality, if you want to check it out in better quality see it on https://vimeo.com/42825575
Vietnam
This summer I went to Vietnam for a month, back packing around and exploring the beautiful country, we went from Ho Chi Minh in the south up to the north visiting Sapa up in the mountains and leaving from Hanoi. Here are some of the pictures from the trip,
Ha Long Bay
Floating markets on the Mekong Delta
Dalat
A park in Ho Chi Minh City
Market traders on bikes in Ho Chi Minh City
Ho Chi Minh City, there are over 30million mopeds in Vietnam, in the big cities the driving is unlike anything I'd seen before, crossing the road became a whole new issue in our lives.
